64, 25th August Martyrs Avenue
The architect Konstantinos Tsantirakis submitted an application for a building permit for this property in 1904. The building is of particular interest, both in terms of its function and its formal composition. Its layout was shaped by the presence of two owners as well as by the elongated form of the plot. Shops were constructed on the ground floor, with a residence occupying the upper level. The southern section was developed as a three-storey volume, a solution that lends balance and elegance to the architectural composition, dominated by a trilobed opening. Niches, balusters, cornices, and a balcony with finely crafted ironwork define the façade.
